We have been using Daryl since 2015 our first job we got was fachia then a new side gate which was Excelent now this job was a new kitchen heworked so hard and sorting quite a few problems due to previous fitter now our kitchen looks wonderful

We had a problem with water pouring through the conservatory roof. The company who fitted the Conservatory did not want to know, as it was just outside of the guarantee period. We had a couple of companies attempt to solve the problem but they both said that the roof had not been fitted correctly in the first instance. The next step was to have a new roof fitted, so we contacted D Thomas Property Services. Darrell arrived to have a look and quote for the job. We were not prepared for what he found; the whole conservatory was nothing more than a death trap and could have collapsed at any time!!!!! Therefore, what started out as a roof replacement became a conservatory replacement. Darrell set about ordering the required parts and we agreed a fitment date. The workmanship was first class, nothing was too much trouble and Darrell together with his assistant Carl, worked tirelessly over 5 days to ensure that we were entirely happy - great price too. Highly recommended.

Darrell recently completed a front patio area for us. The quality is great and we just know he has built it to last. Because of his knowledge of building work, he knew how to complete the job re drainage and other issues that he encountered. This was really reassuring.

Darrell is conscientious and hard-working and will work to create a job that is built to last. We can't recommend him enough so don't hesitate to contact him if you want reliability and quality work!

I have been having an ongoing problem with a window fitted in 2013 by a company , who for reasons at this stage I do not want to name. Today this company came out yet again to investigate and I was told I need to repoint brickwork. Darrell came out straight away and inspected said brick work but said he was more inclined for it to be a fault with the window. He was totally honest and said that the fitting of each and every window was out and that there were certain aspects of brickwork that the window company had botched completely. In his opinion the work would not pass Buildimg Control. I now have the ammunition I need to go back to the window company and demand that this catalogue of errors be put right. I can honestly say that Darrell is a genuine guy , honest and totally reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family. Any work I need doing now will certainly be going his way.

Firstly : Aww what a lovely guy. Jolly, friendly and very honest. I made a mistake and over paid him but he didn't hesitate to let me know.
Secondly : The quality of his work was spot on and couldn't be faulted. He left everywhere clean and took away the rubbish.
I was so pleased with my new rear extension that when I needed our front window changing I didn't hesitate to call him back. He did this in less than an hour and insisted on using toughened glass at no extra cost. On both occasions he rang a week later to check I was happy, This was appreciated by my husband and I as excellent after care.

I have used darrell many times over the last 15 years.
In my old property he did new windows and doors through out .
The property in now he has done new roof and new flat roof , also new doors and building work.

Quality installation, service, materials, in a word...'Outstanding' so pleased with everything? our leaking conservatory roof has been replaced and the result is far beyond what we had before. The first job was to replace my soffits and fascias. The job was done quickly, cleanly and looks great. I then asked them to rebuild my conservatory, which I could not better happy with, the quality of the materials is excellent and the workmanship first class. We first contacted D. Thomas several years ago when I had them replace the soffits and guttering around our house. We found them to be an excellent company that carried out the work in a clean professional manner at an extremely competitive price.
Subsequently, as a result of the first class job that was done, we had them replace our windows and doors with quality double glazed units to the outside of our home. At the same time we decided to have a conservatory erected to the rear of our home and after consulting a number of local companies for prices, we once again decided to engage D.
